Backup & export
The diary lives only in this browser. A backup file is how it survives a new phone or a cleared browser.
Download a backup
Everything on this device in one file: every person and pet, every entry and reaction, and your own allergen and sensitivity lists. It's the only copy that outlives this browser.
The CSV is a spreadsheet of every entry and reaction, to read or share. Only the backup can be restored.
This holds health notes about everyone in your household. Keep it private.
Restore from a backup
Adds what a backup holds to this diary. Nothing is replaced: an entry deleted since the backup stays deleted, and your lists are only ever added to.
Sample household
A month of made-up entries for a made-up household — you, a child, a baby, a grandparent, a dog and a cat — to see what the diary reads before keeping one.
It only goes into an empty diary, with nobody else in the household yet — never into one with real entries.
Erase everything
Removes every person, pet, entry and reaction from this browser; the household goes back to just you. Your own allergen and sensitivity lists stay, on the Sensitivities page.
